Returns & Exchanges

Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with Saudi consumer law.

Faulty or misdescribed items may be returned beyond this window, as required by law.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Pieces showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

Ineligible Items

Final-sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or swimwear) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of item inspection.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service; THIL is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt, including photos and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

International Returns

International clients should follow the same process.

Duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
